The Oaks at Woodland Park is a quiet deed-restricted community of 77 homes. 

Effective January 1, 2008, Lighthouse Property Management, Inc. has taken over the management of our community.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  •  Enforcing Deed Restrictions & Covenants.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of common areas and lake.
